Every LightHawk flight and conservation project begins with collaboration with a conservation group. Each year, we work with the most effective conservation partners on the continent to make a difference for people and nature.

LightHawk flies with conservation groups, agencies, universities, businesses, and individuals who need a big picture view in order gain new understanding and increase awareness. Our partners range from small, local groups run by volunteers to international conservation organizations. Here are a few of our partners. Explore these partnerships on our Project Map.

LightHawk staff, volunteer pilots, and partners work together to create flight plans that yield new scientific understanding, inspiring aerial photographs, and compelling personal experiences of the landscape – none of which would be possible from the ground.
