LightHawk supporters assist us in our work to help protect land, water and wildlife across the United States, Canada, Mexico and Central America. Aid from donors like you makes it possible for our volunteer pilots to offer a platform for research, documentation, and other environmental campaigns.

LightHawk is a not-for-profit corporation as described in section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. We will provide our tax ID upon receipt of donation as part of your formal acknowledgment letter. Thank you for your gift!

Privacy Policy

LightHawk recognizes that it is in a position of trust with our donors and supporters concerning confidentiality. With the exception of donor recognition in standard LightHawk publications and formats (e.g. the annual report and quarterly newsletters) LightHawk never sells, shares, or trades donor history, personal contact, or giving information. This information is kept confidential by board, staff and key volunteers unless permission is obtained from the donor, requested from foundations for grant proposals or otherwise required by law.While LightHawk may occasionally send mailings on behalf of other organizations to volunteer pilots who may also be donors, LightHawk does not send such mailings  specifically to donors, and we endeavor to respect the wishes of donors who request not to receive emails, mailings, or acknowledgements.
